TC ”Volunteering: A way to employment” 06-13 April, Shengjin, Lezhe, Albania, 2 ucesnika
Volunteering:A way to employment! is a TC, to be implemented by the hosting organization, Center for Social Development, in April 2014 which aims on promoting volunteering as an effective tool in stimulating unemployed young people mobility and active participation in society and also will foster capacity building of youth organizations by equipping their their workers and youth leaders concepts, tools on designing&I implementing volunteer projects. Participants coming from 11 countries from SEE + EU+Turkey will work and live together for 7 days in Shengjin, Albania. Its very important training these youngsters and making them able and also inform them on how voluntarism can contribute in their life and can change that also. They will also have access to the opportunities offered by the YiA programme and other programmes that offer such possibilities for young people to get employed or travel to another country as volunteer (EVS).Pax will share their knowledge; ideas, challenges, opportunities, and will cooperate to achieve their goal using different working styles.

TC ”Pass (the) word” 14-21 April, Delchevo, Macedonia- 1 ucesnik
Main aim of the project is: to promote use of alternative media in the communities as a
tool to handle community issues, giving special emphasize on the active participation of
young people in community life and importance of their vote to the well-being of the
European community.
The idea of the training is to encourage organizations to become active and explore new
ways of communication with the community.
Specific objectives of the project are:
– To introduce the idea of alternative media to the work of organizations in order to
increase the impact of their activities in the communities;
– To stimulate creativity of participants through using creative ways to reach public’s
attention on community issues;
– To encourage participation of young people / participants in European elections
and to reflect on democratic system of values and possibilities.
The aim and objectives are reflected in the Draft Daily Programme on the last page. Please
keep in mind that it is only draft programme and there might be changes. Significant part
of the Programme we hope to conduct in outdoor conditions (if the weather allows us).

TC ”Peace for ALL- Conflict Management” 18-25 April, Durres Albania- 1 učesnik
This project is aimed at developing conflict management competences through non-formal education, with a particular focus on intercultural learning and resolution of cultural conflicts in youth work.
The seminar will bring together European youth leaders and youth workers. The seminar will combine exchange of experience and good practice from 15 countries, inputs from experts and trainers and visiting local projects and sites including Amnesty International Albania and Roma Active Albania.
With this project we want to:
- to promote young people’s active citizenship in general and their European citizenship in particular
- to develop solidarity and promote tolerance among young people, in particular in order to foster social cohesion in the European Union
- to foster mutual understanding between young people in different countries
- to contribute to developing the quality of support systems for youth activities and the capabilities of civil society organizations in the youth fiel
- to promote European cooperation in the youth field

Lets Break the Barriers Together is a seminar which will bring together 27 participants from Albania, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Serbia, Republic of Macedonia, Italy, Turkey, Poland, Bulgaria and Romania. This seminar will be implemented from organization Roma Active Albania.
The project “Lets Break the Barriers Together” brings together young people 18 to 31 years old, Roma and non-Roma, to explore the Economical, Socio-cultural and Education level of Roma minority in the European countries (EU and non-EU)
Objectives:
• Exchanging the experience of Roma situation in European countries
• Giving opportunity for Roma youth to discuss about situation in their countries, as they see it
• Education of young people on the situation of Roma Minority in Europe
• Fostering mutual dialogue among Roma and non-Roma youth
It will be based on non-formal learning methodology and concretization of theory in real examples. It will also provide space for Sharing experience and discussing about the Roma situation in different countries, visiting the Roma communities and having a conversation with them, showing different videos and documentaries about the situation of Roma Minority, giving information, statistics and reports about Roma communities, organize a debate with the participants on Roma issues and how they can contribute to resolve the situation.
