Training course “From idea to reality-Entrepreneurship” has the aim to train young people with fewer opportunities to capture opportunities and creatively use the resources from their surroundings in making innovative enterprising initiatives.
The project is particularly designed to focus on how young leaders perceive the possibilities in their surroundings and on the development of their abilities to take advantage of what they have and build innovative, enterprising ideas jointly with their youth groups and in their youth organizations.
Project will also focus on how youth can approach individually to the issues of unemployment, motivating them to actively think, using methodology of non formal – learning and learning by doing.
The methods used during the TC are creative combination of individual, small and big working groups and tasks, using of different audiovisual tools, using own experiences, theoretical inputs, personal stories, individual, pair and group reflection, evaluation, feedback.

TC ”Volunteering: A way to employment” 06-13 April, Shengjin, Lezhe, Albania- 3 učesnika
Volunteering:A way to employment! is a TC, to be implemented by the hosting organization, Center for Social Development, in Aprill 2014 which aims on promoting volunteering as an effective tool in stimulating unemployed young people mobility and active participation in society and also will foster capacity building of youth organizations by equipping their their workers and youth leaders concepts, tools on designing&I mplementing volunteer projects. Participants coming from 11 countries from SEE + EU+Turkey will work and live together for 7 days in Shengjin, Albania. Its very important training these youngsters and making them able and also inform them on how voluntaryism can contribute in their life and can change that also. They will also have access to the opportunities offered by the YiAprogramme and other programmes that offer such possibilities for young people to get employed or travel to another country as volunteer (EVS).Pax will share their knowledge; ideas, challenges,pportunities, and will cooperate to achieve their goal using different working styles.

TC ”Diversity to improve my skills!” 03-10, April, Montedoro, Sicily, Italia- 2 učesnika
“Diversity to improve my skills” is a training course that aims to support the professional
development of young leaders and workers and to raise the quality of their projects concerning
diversity. The training course uses methods of experiential and non-formal learning as role plays,
simulations and drama methods and group sharing methods as small and large group
discussions. Together, we will be working out and improving ‘ method toolkit’ on how to
motivate youngsters for participation in their community and beyond using multicultural
approaches.
The project is designed to take place in Montedoro, having the length of 8 days (April, 03rd –
10th 2014), 36 participants from 18 different countries (Italy, Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia,
Lithuania, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Estonia, Kosovo,
Macedonia, Poland, Serbia, Turkey, Greece, Spain, Portugal).
